I consider myself very lucky to work with such a special team. It´s hard to describe the great pleasure in working with them, we are part of a big family. And we are not just a Brazilian family because for me, it extends throughout Benchmark.

2. What does a typical day look like?

I like to start my day with the team over coffee, it is a relaxing moment in which we can all talk about what we have on. It’s a good way to start a productive day.

Throughout the day, I am in conversations with clients, distributors and mainly with the sales team, to keep myself updated in terms of market and to plan future actions. Meetings keep me busy during the day, including some which take place virtually.

I am based in Fortaleza, northeast of Brazil, where it is it´s always summer all year long, with beautiful blue sky. Of course, that is a good reason to wake up happy every day.
