Andy Shinn
Andy is a certified Tesco Welfare trainer and has been instrumental in delivering the Animal Welfare training program currently being introduced into the company. In FY23 Andy led the development of 40 new training modules for our teams which now benefit both our company and our customers.
He has also continued to work with ASC in the development of certification standards. His dedication to animal welfare is matched only by his expertise in animal health, covering critical areas such as disease, parasitic control, and biosecurity measures. Andy’s commitment to fostering awareness and education on these issues is truly commendable, and he consistently stands out as our expert in residence.
